Who this warranty protects:

This warranty protects the original purchaser of CageCovers™ products. What this warranty protects against:

This warranty protects against CageCovers™ fabric becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.

What this warranty covers:

This warranty covers CageCovers™ fabric only.

What this warranty does not cover:

This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation.

Limits to the warranty:

CageCovers™ liability is expressly limited to this warranty. CageCovers™ reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim.

What we will do:

CageCovers™ will supply new equivalent fabric to replace the fabric that becomes unserviceable.

Performance improvements introduced November 1, 2012 allowed CageCovers™ to increase the warranty period for its acrylic fabrics. See below for details.

CageCovers™ 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

CageCovers™ strives to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. We guarantee the workmanship of all of our products for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, modified and is complete, you may return your order without an RMA number and exchange it for a full replacement of the exact item/version purchased. Once your CageCovers™ order is in production, we cannot issue a refund. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Merchandise returned after 31 days is completely at the discretion of CageCovers™. A 15% restock fee may apply and store credit will be issued for the balance if a request for exchange is not made.

A Return Goods Authorization RA number must accompany all returns after 30 days, and for items with problems (missing parts, damaged etc.) no matter when they are being retuned.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

All merchandise returned prior to the required 31 day return period, must be in original condition (un-installed), in original boxes and include all original packaging, manuals and merchandise materials in order to avoid a restock fee.

CageCovers™ can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. CageCovers™ is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products.

Store credit for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

Any restocking fee we use will be a reflection on current market value. We do not support attempts to profit on pro-rate adjustments or price fluctuations.

CageCovers™ does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. CageCovers™ shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused immediately; or within the first 10 days of delivery (no claims can be filed after 10 days of delivery).

If your shipment was delivered unseen by you and is damaged, please call the carrier who delivered it and report the damage.

After contacting the carrier, please call our Customer Service at 602-734-4295 for further assistance. All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace or repair your CageCovers™ based on our findings. Only store credit can be issued for the order value less shipping costs once your CageCovers™ are received.

CageCovers™ will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages from any products sold. We will not be responsible or liable for inconvenience, labor, legal fees or any other costs incurred while the item is being inspected or replaced.

Warranties are non-transferrable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of the warranty.
